Our Quality Control & Testing


Reliance Communications has created a detailed process to ensure the quality of our repair and refurbishment efforts. Upon receipt, each handset is scanned and verified to ensure it meets the specification defined in the Return Authorization document. Any variance from the information on the Return Authorization document is reported in real time to the operator.

Wireless devices are then placed into production for repair or refurbishment, organized by model number and manufacturer. Upon completion of the repair, a dated Reliance Communications’ warranty label is placed on the device and it is prepped for final shipment back to the customer or retail location.
